This was the first time bringing my pup to a groomer. He had overgrown nails and smelled like the backyard lol the ladies were the sweetest. They had nothing but praise for onyx even when he lifted his leg on the table!lol I know my review is getting long but i cant forget to mention, I was late for my appointment stuck in traffic they still accepted him and told me to come back for him. It was nice to be able to get some quick errands done. Last but not least I found Carolina Pet Pantry on FB they were running a special 20$ for bath, nails glands and dry. Very affordable!
Took my Yorkie here to get groomed. Specifically told the lady groomer not to cut hair on his face, and to only shave his body. Well, not only did she cut the hair on his face, she was also uneven with the cut. I don't understand how your groomer can't take basic directions. I will never come here again. I looked around for a mom and pop shop to give my business to, when clearly I should have just stuck with Pets Mart.
Wonderful store with lots of products to choose from. Courtney is the most knowledgeable person if you have any questions about food. She deals with many pets with ailments and allergies on a daily basis. Nice feeling knowing that part of the money you are spending on your pets is going to a wonderful rescue. Love walking into the store and seeing what new products she might have on hand. I have visited many pet stores and this one is my utmost favorite one to go to . Very pet friendly too. Take your fur baby along to choose a favorite toy or treat. Thanks for everything you do!

The customer service seemed a little off, cause I had to call for my dogs, and wait inside a decent amount of time, but their prices and services offered are great.
