PLEASE BEWARE! U-Haul should be embarrassed to have such a terrible representative The worst experience! Rental Truck was blowing hot air out of the air conditioner in 90 degree weather. The representative at the site was extremely rude and disrespectful to me when I told him about the problem with the truck. Also told me the issue was not his problem and I should call roadside assistance.Only to find out he was responsible for the issue.Now he is threatening me because he forgot to charge me for 2 rolls of cheap tape. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO DO BUSINESS.
Very run down business. Manager's office is a mobile home and the manager was extremely rude regarding a scheduled U-haul drop off, going as far as threatening to charge me for damages should I leave the trailer there. I would never leave anything there unless I planned on abandoning it. Also, not 24 hour access as advertised. STAY AWAY.
