Terrible experience! Spent $62 dollars to ship a package and it needed tape on one side. They wanted to charge me $5 to put about 6 inches worth of tape on there. They refused to let me just use some tape. I left the post office to go buy my own tape then when I came back they decided that my package weighed too much and wanted in an additional $34. Save yourself some time and go to a professional. Use FedEx or UPS
I came here about 5 times to get my money back from the mail that they lost and all they tell me is I need to go online and nothing else. They don't even try to help me with tracking down the package. Don't go here if you don't want your package or mail you're sending to be lost!!!
Always go after 10pm to use the stamp kiosk machine. There's never anyone there. Quick an easy!!
Paid extra to have a package shipped to a location by yesterday. Just found it won't arrive until Tuesday. SMDH
This place is horrible. Absolutely disgraceful between them and the Monroe annex, they wouldn't know the difference between a sneeze and a wet fart. To put it lightly, a two ring circus would be better ran by a premature infant. Don't bother trying to call they won't answer.
