Great experience with them about a week ago. They have lots of attention to detail and repair things correctly without cutting corners and time. I highly recommend you take your European cars there (I have an 03 BMW 330i) as they know exactly what is needed. Especially their mechanic Max.
It was the most amazing experience, my mini was backfiring, needed a diagnostic and a coil change after that, thank you very much Larry.
My car needed a new timing belt. It has 250,000 miles. I was told, "We're not interested. Why don't you get yourself a new car? It's not like you can't afford to get a new one."
I was referred to take my BMW here by A & B Automotive (who does all the work on my American cars), and it was a great referral. Due to my schedule, I was not able to bring my car in, and was uneasy about asking my wife to do it for me, because I know the bad experiences she's had in the past with other car shops. I was very happy when she called me from the shop to tell me the people are great, and delighted that the mechanic took the time to *clearly* explain and educate her on the type of brake work that was needed, how the components worked together (without "talking down" to her), and also that it wasn't as serious as we thought. I'm sure some places would've used the opportunity (and my ignorance) to do a complete brake job costing hundreds, but not Brothers -- the only item we needed was a clip that had come off (not to mention a front headlight bulb) -- the total bill (P&L) was only just over $100 -- which we were very grateful for. I can tell you that as long as I end up having a BMW, we will continue to take it back to Brothers, as I know we'll be taken care of in the best way possible. Thanks Brothers!
The customer service and quality and Integrity are a standard that is missing from most automotive centers today, ask for Jason very knowledgeable. They have serviced my BMW , Mercedes and Range Rover all with great results, reasonable price wise, hours not the greatest close at 5:00 and closed on weekends but worth the wait.
I have taken my car to Joe for many repairs. I thought I would be a loyal customer, but after being talked down to, I am not coming back.
