The inside could use some work, primarily some cleaner chairs, but aside from that no real complaints

Great service, friendly staff. I've been going here once a week for the past year-and-a-half to get my truck detailed. they do a great job in a timely manner.
Attendant called me out to my car. I gave it a quick once over due to good past experiences. It wasn't until I got home that I realized how poor my service was. Glass had barely been wiped. You could see just a few streaks where an "attempt" had been made but even those areas looked as though they'd been wiped with a dirty rag. The entire rear of my car was still dirty. It obviously had not been wiped at all. In hindsight, the fact that two soaking wet rags were still sitting right in the middle of my hood as I got in my car to leave the shop should have been my signal to give it a closer look.
I have had generally good experience here but this time was not good at all. I paid for their top-level wash (can't remember the name). I also bought a wash to give to my wife.
After I nicely asked the gentleman to go back over the inside again, only the back seats and cup holder, which I took the few items out the seat, that I asked, if needed to move them at first and was told, no.
Had my Honda washed here yesterday. I will say they are quick but I would rather they took their time and did a good a job. When it was finished I asked the guy about getting in the tire rims he said they did not have a brush to do that. There were spots on the side view mirror which he wiped off. When I looked under the mats I asked if they had vacuumed he said yes but there was still a lot of debris on the carpet. He did not offer to re-do. At this point I was frustrated so I left drove to a gas station with a vacuum to do the job myself. When I went to the back of the car there was dirt all along the bumper. I am very disappointed, I will not be returning nor recommending to friends.
Hopefully this is just the result of a single bad employee and can be remedied with some coaching.
After I went across the street to food lion, I noticed the horrible inside!! Cup holders front and back, inside the arm rests, floors and still the seats were not cleaned!!! That was 1 of the main reasons I came!!! I was in shock!!! Wish I could post pics!! So now I have to either pay another place or do it myself!! $27 wasted!!! And they expect a tip huh!!! Here's a tip, complete what we pay for, what y'all advertise first and then that's when you get tips!! Half add or no where near half ass jobs get you tips!! I will say, they have wonderful customer service.
