My husband and I have been bringing our cars here for the past couple years. Chris and his team are always quick to call back and very helpful and knowledgeable. I've taken my PT Cruiser to him multiple times with issues and he always calls to let me know what's going on and to let me know, ahead of time, how much the repairs will cost. He always gets my car in quickly too!
I got my spark plugs changed in May and their already need to be replaced. First I ask to speak to the owner of the facility, but was never given the option. I talk to Chris at the facility who then told me the reason why spark plugs can get ruined in six months was because my ofmy engine and then goes on to basically say it’s my fault. I thought customer service was important but I was mislead, on spending over $200 for spark plugs that are ruined after six months seems unfair. Then was not offered to bring my car in for free to check my car after me going through this whole ordeal. I have to spend another $200 to fix the same problem.
Very friendly, quick service! Reasonable prices and they didn’t try to oversell or talk me into services I️ didn’t need. Will go back!
